Transportation
- When flying into Phoenix:
- Most airlines fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), which is 8.8 miles from the Casa.
- Allegiant flies into Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA), which is 31 miles from the Casa.
The Franciscan Renewal Center (Casa) does not provide airport shuttle service.
We have created a Google Sheet, the Transportation Hub, where you can enter your travel plans.
You can see when others are arriving and arrange a rideshare to help reduce costs.
The Transportation Hub Button can be found in your Confirmation Letter.Last year, several people expressed interest in extending their stay and experiencing some of the beauty Arizona has to offer. The Assembly Planning Committee cannot organize or provide these activities.

Early/Late Add-On Nights for Registered Participants
- If you would like to extend your stay through Sunday night,

There are just a few rooms left on Sunday night.

- For the Early/Late Add-On Nights, abstinent food is not guaranteed
as it is during the Assembly, from Friday evening to Sunday lunch. - The chefs will not be available to discuss food choices at any time.

- There is a heated outdoor swimming pool available for our use at the Casa.
Sunday Workshops
- As you plan your travel, we hope you’ll stay for the Sunday morning
workshops, which will conclude at 11:30 a.m., followed by lunch.
Lodging at the Franciscan Renewal Center
- Check-in: Friday, January 22 at 4:00 PM
- You are welcome to wait for your rooms to be ready
in the Frances Room, the San Damiano Auditorium
or in the hospitality room. We will not congregate
in the Casa’s hotel lobby. Rooms are available at 4:00.

- Luggage storage will be available in the
San Damiano Auditorium on Sunday morning.

- November 30th is the last day to cancel with a refund. There is a $25 cancellation fee.
- To cancel, email Rita M. at ritamcgrath05@gmail.com, or call 505 215-1999.
- After November 30th, it will be your responsibility to find someone to buy your package.
- If you would like names of possible buyers, let Rita know.
- Please be sure to let Rita know who will be taking
your package so we can have their appropriate room assignments, name tags, etc.

- Hay una piscina al aire libre y climatizada disponible para nuestro uso en la Casa.
Talleres del domingo
- Al planear tu viaje, esperamos que te quedes para los talleres del domingo por la mañana, que concluirán a las 11:30 a. m., seguidos por el almuerzo
Hospedaje en el Franciscan Renewal Center:
- Registro de entrada: Viernes 22 de Enero a las 4:00 p.m.

- El 30 de noviembre es el último día para cancelar con reembolso.
